Consulting Fees to be quoted at the time of engagement
All Fees in regards to Estate Settlement, Divorce Resolution, Tax Appeals and other non mortgage related transactions will be determined based on an agreed upon scope of work pertaining to each individual case.
***All fees noted are to provide a general idea of the fee structure for our services pertaining to Mortgage Finance Related Transactions and are based on FNMA forms noted, FNMA guidelines, and state and federal regulations and requirements. All fees will be confirmed/quoted at the time of engagement and may change based on the complexity of any assignment, and the final establishment of our "scope of work". No fees are contingent upon appraised value, or any status of the loan (IE: closing).
