John F. Trotta, CRA, MRA - Owner/Appraiser

John Trotta has over 20 years experience in Real Estate Appraisal, and is owner of Trotta Appraisal & Consulting, LLC. John has been appraising Real Estate since 1989. Prior to Real Estate Appraisal John was a Real Estate Sales Agent and Assistant Manager. With over 20 Years of experience in Real Estate Appraisal John has appraised properties for many various clients with all types of needs. He is a certified review appraiser (CRA) from the National Association of Review Appraisers & Mortgage Underwriters and has acquired the MRA designation from the National Association of Master Appraisers.

Shane C. Trotta - Appraiser

Shane Trotta has been appraising Real Estate since 2003. Shane recieved a bachelors degree from Northeastern University in small business management and entrepreneurship. He has experience in appraising all types of residential real estate, including vast experience with waterfront properties, high value properties, and other unique/complex properties. Shane is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute, currently seeking the SRA designation, and is also a member of the Worldwide ERC and has completed their relocation appraisal training program. Shane is currently working with a Certified General Appraiser on commercial property appraisals in order to obtain his General Appraiser Certification. Shane also holds a real estate salesperson's license for the state of CT.

Jeff Arotsky - Commercial Appraiser

Jeff Arotsky is a Certified General Appraiser and has been providing commercial appraisals for over 20 years; he has experience as staff appraiser for a local bank, and has appraised all types of commercial properties for various clients throughout the state of Connecticut. Jeff is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute and is a Certified Review Appraiser from the National Association of Review Appraisers & Mortgage Underwriters. Jeff is a qualified expert witness in appraisal matters before the Superior Court and Bankruptcy court in Connecticut.
